What is the customer care requirement?

Customer care contact information must be clear and readily available to help users understand program details as wells as their status with the text alert program. 

Customer care options (must respond within 24-48 hours)

  • Toll free number (live, IVR or recording)
  • eMail address

Program must ALWAYS respond to customer care request, regardless of whether the requestor is subscribed to the text program.
