Mandatory keywords are reserved keywords in each shortcode for processing Opt Out and customer support requests. All mandatory keywords must be processed correctly, regardless of inbound message format.
Opt Out Keywords:
We are required to scan our inbound logs regularly to identify Opt Out attempts and we add them to our STOP log, regardless of whether the subscribers used the correct Opt Out keyword or methods.
