What is the Stop Log?

The Stop Log is a database of numbers that have been requested, at the carrier/user level to no longer receive messages from the given shortcode or all commercial shortcodes.

A number can be added to the Stop Log by either having a block associated with their phone (carrier level) or if the user has replied with Stop. 

Numbers can be removed, but the enduser must request to remove the number from the Stop Log via text, phone, or email.
